As soon as we have received a design on email or via the website, and the payment for the order is received, then we will start with operations. We give a two to three week lead time for custom designs.
We are focused on building small to medium sized houses, however we are not bound to that. We can surely manage to build two story houses or flats.
Yes, we manage the day-to-day operations of all the various contractors to the payroll. we will be in constant communication with our clients whereby we give a weekly/fortnightly update on the progress of the project.
We require a one to two week lead time to prepare any quotation.
